You retain all rights and ownership to the documents and texts you upload to Hiventis. By uploading documents for processing (such as AI translation, OCR, or merging), you grant us a limited, temporary license to process the files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. Documents are stored in your encrypted Vault and are not used to train public AI models without your explicit consent.
Some features of Hiventis are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium Services"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. WiseHive Sphere reserves the right to modify the subscription fees at any time with prior notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall WiseHive Sphere, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
